The poké is a dish that has Hawaiian origin and that has spread worldwide. Today we are going to offer you a simple salmon poké with avocado and mango.
Ingredients:
- White rice
- 450gr of fresh salmon
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pinch of ginger paste
- One lemon's juice
- 1/2 glass of rice vinegar
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 mango
- Edamames
- Salary wants
Elaboration
- Cut the salmon into cubes and reserve them for a moment.
- Peel the garlic and mash it to mix it with the ginger paste
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil and lemon juice, and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste, and you will have the salmon marinade ready.
- Add the fish cubes to the marinade and mix so that the salmon is well infused with the flavors. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package and drain it.
- Apart, heat the sugar with the rice vinegar in a pan. Add a pinch of salt and, when the sugar is dissolved, let warm and pour over the rice.
- Peel the avocado and the mango, remove the bone and cut it into cubes or slices. Divide the rice into two bowls to start assembling the salmon poké.
- Distribute the avocado and mango in the bowls and, on top place the marinated salmon.
- Take the nori seaweed and cut it into very thin strips to place on top of the salmon. By last, sprinkle the sesame seeds and add the edamames.
