Ingredients (4 persons)
- 1 Ripe avocado (aprox. 250g)
- 100 smoked parlor g
- Arugula (aprox. 80g.)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 lima
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Sal
Elaboration
In a small dry frying pan , tostamos 1 tablespoon sesame seeds over medium heat until lightly browned. Wash and dry the arugula leaves and put them in a bowl. We cut the cucumber into thin slices and toss it together with the arugula.
We squeeze the lemon and leave it in a small cup, along with the olive oil, sal (to taste) and 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds and beat until emulsified .
In the bowl that we have separated with the arugula and the cucumber, add the smoked salmon cut by hand, cut the avocado into wedges or small squares and spread the toasted sesame seeds as a final touch .
We can serve it with the dressing separately or together. We leave that to your choice!
