  • 4 Avocados
  • 5-6 Surimi bars (Crab sticks)
  • 2 Tuna cans
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Lemon
  • Sal

Elaboration

To make this recipe of Stuffed avocados, we start by cutting the avocados in half, we remove the bone, we remove the meat from the avocado, we put it in a bowl and keep the shells.

We add lemon to avocado so it doesn't rust and let's go “crushing it” with a fork to form a puree. Once this is done, add salt to our liking and remove.

Next we cut the Surimi bars into small squares, reserving one to decorate. There are many other ways to stuff avocados, choose yours and do it as you like!

Now we add to the mashed avocado the sliced ​​surimi, the shredded tuna and mix it. Add two teaspoons of mayonnaise, a little ketchup and we stir again.

Finally we add the mixture to the shell of the avocado, decorate with a few slices of surimi on top and eat!
