Whole wheat pasta with avocado and chicken

Today we bring you a recipe for pasta lovers. A recipe for whole wheat pasta with avocado and chicken :

Ingredients:

  • Chicken
  • onion
  • 1 avocado
  • sesame and chia seeds
  • beer yeast
  • olive oil

Elaboration:

  1. Cook the pasta and reserve.
  2. Open the avocado and chop only one half, the other, book it. Also chop the onion and sauté it 3 minutes. Mix the onion with the reserved part of the avocado. Add a splash of oil and the seeds. Stir until you get a smooth paste.
  3. Mix the pasta with the avocado mixture in a bowl, onion and seeds. Add the chopped avocado and the chicken previously made in the pan.
  4. Add the brewer's yeast on top and a splash of olive oil.
