Smoked salmon montadito, avocado and prawns

Today we bring you a perfect recipe to prepare for your guests, a montadito of smoked salmon, avocado and prawns.

Ingredients:

  • 8 Small wafers
  • 160 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g avocado
  • 1 chopped hard-boiled egg
  • 50 g cooked and chopped shrimp
  • 40 g of mezclum salad
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil + 3 tablespoons for the vinaigrette
  • 10 ml of lemon juice
  • Vinaigrette: 1 tablespoon of modena vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • sal

Elaboration:

Preheat the oven to 200º.

Place the wafers on a baking sheet with baking paper and prick them with a fork. Bake them 8-10 minutes until golden. Reserve.

Cut the avocado into small cubes and add the lemon juice, a tablespoon of oil and mix. Add the hard-boiled egg and the prawns. Mix.

Spread the smoked salmon and distribute the previous mixture, forming 8 rolls. Reserve.

In a bowl, Add 3 olive oil spoons, the mustard, vinegar of modena, pinch of salt and beat.

On each wafer; put a base of finely chopped mezclum and seasoned with the vinaigrette. Place the roll on top and serve.
