Mango ice cream recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Pulp cups mango sting
- 1 Liter of milk
- 1 Sugar cup
- 1 Pinch of salt
Elaboration
Blend the pulp of mango along with the milk, sugar and salt until you have a homogeneous consistency and then pour it into a metal mold.
Put it in the freezer and start checking it after the first few 20 minutes. When the edges start to freeze, scoop it out and beat with a balloon whisk or electric mixer to break up the ice crystals.
This will help you produce a smoother, creamier ice cream.. Return to the freezer and repeat the procedure every 30 minutes, between 4 and 5 times, until the ice cream is completely frozen.
If for some reason the ice cream hardens too quickly, place it in the refrigerator and allow it to soften a little before beating and continuing the procedure.
