We love cakes. But this is even better. Enjoy this recipe for avocado cake and smoked salmon that will not stop you from repeating.
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry
- 100ml of evaporated milk
- 750g avocado
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 125g smoked salmon
- fresh coriander
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- fine and coarse salt
Elaboration:
Bake the puff pastry previously spread and painted with an egg. Bake until golden, 10-12 minutes and let it cool.
To prepare the avocado cream: Put the avocado pulp and the evaporated milk. Mix with a rod until there is a homogeneous mass. Season and add garlic to taste.
Spread the avocado cream over the puff pastry. Short 1 avocado in thin slices and place them around.
Garnish with the smoked salmon on top.
