Ingredients:
- Butter puff pastry (it can be normal too, but the butter gives a delicious touch)
- 2 mangos
- Apricot jam (if she is homemade better than better)
- 1 Egg to paint the puff pastry
Elaboration:
Preheat the oven to 180º
Cut the mango into pieces.
Cut the puff pastry into equal squares, and place a little apricot jam and some mango on top. Put another square of puff pastry on top and close it like a pillow with the help of a fork.
Bake it approximately 12 minutes or until you see the golden puff pastry. Decorate with a little icing sugar on top.
