Mango pudding

Today we bring you an easy dessert, healthy and rich to give the perfect touch to a wonderful meal. Of British origin with a Malaga touch, today we bring you a mango pudding:


For the pudding mix:

  • 200g Mango batido
  • 50ml Cream to assemble
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 150ml of water
  • 30g azúcar
  • 4g gelatin powder

For coverage:

  • Mango
  • Beat cream
  • Mint leaves


  1. Let's start with the mango pudding. Heat water in a pot. Heat the water until small bubbles begin to form, then remove the pot from the heat.
  2. Add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
  3. Add the gelatin powder and dissolve it completely.
  4. Add the gelatin mixture in a bowl with the mango puree and mix it. Add, too, the milk cream. Mix everything very well.
  5. Add lemon juice to taste.
  6. Pour the mixture into 5 small cups. Let cool in the fridge for more than 2 hours.
  7. When the mango pudding is firm. Spoon lightly beaten cream onto pudding.
  8. Cut the mango into squares and place it on the pudding. Garnish with mint leaves
