Rissoto Quinoa with mango

Fake quinoa and mango risotto

We love risotto and we know you do too. But, we also know that sometimes it gets a little heavy, therefore, We have changed the recipe to show you this delicious false quinoa and mango risotto.


  • 500ml of vegetable broth
  • 250g of Quinoa
  • 150ml of white wine
  • 75g of grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Mango
  • Fresh parsley


In a frying pan, lightly toast the quinoa and add the white wine.. We stir and let the alcohol evaporate over high heat for, approximately, one minute. We add the broth to the pan, slowly, to hydrate slowly while stirring for a few 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile we peel the mango and dice it. Once we have made the quinoa, it has to be al dente and broth, add the cheese, stir and cook a couple of minutes more. Remove from heat and serve with diced mango on top and chopped fresh parsley.
