Uramaki de mango

Mango and tuna uramaki

We love sushi, and if it is with more fruit. The fruit gives it a fresh and different touch, which together with the other ingredients results in an original flavor.. In recipes previously we taught you how to make Salmon and avocado maki and this time we are going to teach you how to make mango and tuna Uramaki.

For those of you who don't know the difference between Maki and Uramaki, the maki, it is the seaweed that is found surrounding the sushi, and in the Uramaki, it is the rice that wraps the sushi.

Let's go with the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Nori seaweed sheets
  • Ripe mango
  • Special rice for sushi
  • Fresh tuna
  • Philadelphia Cream
  • Rice vinegar

Elaboration:

  • We prepare the rice, I leave you here a video so you know how it's done.
  • We peel the mango and cut it into thin slices.
  • We cut the tuna into thin sheets and not very wide.
  • Then, we put on the sushi mat (utensil) a sheet of seaweed. On top of it we cover with rice. Turn the seaweed with the rice so that the part of the seaweed is face up.
  • Now, it's time to put the ingredients. You lay horizontally a row of philadelfia cheese, tuna slices and mango slices.
  • We roll up with the help of the mat so that everything is compact and ready.

advice: When cutting the sushi roll, better cut it into pieces of 1 cm wide to taste it in one bite.

To enjoy!
