Who doesn't like a wraps? We love them, therefore, Today we bring you a recipe for delicious veal and avocado wraps. A perfect recipe for those movie nights when you don't know what to eat.
Ingredients
- 60ml olive accepted
- 400g beef tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons mixed fresh herbs: parsley, coriander, thyme and rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- 1 thick sliced medium zucchini
- 1 big tomato, cut into 8 guys
- 4 flour tortillas
- 60g mayonnaise
- 2 avocados cut into strips
- 100g lettuce
Elaboration
- Brown the meat in a pan with 30ml of oil and seasoned with the herbs., the salt and the pepper.
- Place the seasoned meat in the oven and grill the meat for 20 minutes. Remove it and let cool. Then cut it into thin slices and reserve.
- Then place the zucchini slices and tomato slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle it with the rest of the oil, season with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes. Reservation.
- Time to assemble your wrap. Place a totilla, sprinkle mayonnaise, cover with avocado, lettuce, the meat slices and the roasted vegetables.
