Ingredients
- 1 Ripe salad tomato
- Avocado at its point
- Salt and olive oil
- 250 gr of fussili type pasta
Elaboration
For this avocado and pasta salad we start by boiling water in a high saucepan with a little salt, we cook the pasta for the minutes indicated by the manufacturer. While the pasta is cooking we prepare the tomato and the avocado.
Peel and cut the avocado and the diced tomato, add a pinch of coarse salt, a few drops of lemon juice and olive oil. Set aside until the pasta is cooked..
Drain the pasta in a glass.
With the pasta still hot add the avocado and the tomato and mix well.
