The summer is here! And with it the heat waves… We have prepared for you an equally refreshing and delicious solution. Today we are going to teach you how to prepare a delicious avocado ice cream, a simple recipe that will conquer the smallest of the house.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Zest 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 yogurt
  • ½ cup milk

How to make avocado ice cream:

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit..
  2. With a spoon, we extract the pulp.
  3. We place in a container together with the lemon juice so that it does not rust.
  4. With a fork we crush the pulp until we obtain a puree.
  5. Add the yogurt and sugar and mix well.
  6. We incorporate the milk, always stirring to integrate.
  7. By last, add the zest and the essence. We check that the mixture is well of sugar. if required, add a couple more tablespoons.
  8. With the help of the rods, we beat vigorously to obtain a homogeneous cream.
  9. Place in a container with a lid, if it is aluminum, best.
  10.  Put in the freezer for two hours.
  11. Remove from the cold, beat again and freeze again for two hours.

Once all this process is finished, we already have our delicious avocado ice cream ready.!
