Avocado Toast

Avocado toast, broken egg and pumpkin seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Egg
  • Bread toast
  • Pumpkin seeds

Elaboration

To start preparing the avocado toast, we peel the avocado you just need to cut it in half lengthwise, take one half with each hand and turn them in the opposite direction. When you have the two halves apart, remove the bone, take a spoon and carefully remove the pulp. We cut one of the halves into slices.

We boil the water in a saucepan with the egg at 65ºC for 30 minutes. Meanwhile you can go thinking what else recipe are you going to do next day 🙂

To mount the Fund we will have totostarla, and this is the secret of the recipe. Not worth any bread, the ideal is to get a good sourdough bread, or do ityourself!

We put the sheets of avocado on top and the egg that we will peel very carefully. We throw the pumpkin seeds, flake salt on top and if we want a little pepper and ready the avocado toast to enjoy it.
