Ingredients:
- 1 Wafer pack
- 200 g avocado
- 75 g fresh tuna
- 6 anchovy fillets
- nail 15 parsley sprigs
- 30 g of walnuts
- 100 ml of evaporated milk
- a teaspoon of cumin
- sal
- Pepper
Elaboration:
- Make a paste by mashing the avocado pulp with the anchovies, the tuna, parsley, the nuts, cumin and evaporated milk. Season it with a little salt and pepper..
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the wafers on a sheet of paper and on a baking sheet. Prick them lightly with the tip of a knife and cut them in half. Bake the wafers, until they are golden, some 10-12 minutes approximately.
