Avocado dip with tuna

Valentine's Day is coming and we bring you a delicious recipe for you to prepare for the person you love the most. An avocado dip to dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 Wafer pack
  • 200 g avocado
  • 75 g fresh tuna
  • 6 anchovy fillets
  • nail 15 parsley sprigs
  • 30 g of walnuts
  • 100 ml of evaporated milk
  • a teaspoon of cumin
  • sal
  • Pepper

Elaboration:

  • Make a paste by mashing the avocado pulp with the anchovies, the tuna, parsley, the nuts, cumin and evaporated milk. Season it with a little salt and pepper..
  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place the wafers on a sheet of paper and on a baking sheet. Prick them lightly with the tip of a knife and cut them in half. Bake the wafers, until they are golden, some 10-12 minutes approximately.

You already have your dip ready to dipear.
