Pasta and mango salad

Today we bring you a recipe of the most appetizing and easy to prepare. It is a perfect recipe to take to the beach or to share a nice meal with friends. We talk about the famous pasta salad, but this time with delicious mango.

Ingredients (For 4 persons)

  • 350 grams of whole wheat pasta
  • 200 grams of zucchini
  • 200 grams of mango
  • 6 sliced ​​beef jerky
  • Fresh basil.

For the mustard vinaigrette

  • 1-2 chalotas
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 4 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil (Äôve)
  • ground black pepper

Elaboration

  • Boil the pasta and reserve.
  • Prepare the vinaigrette: Chop the shallots in brunoise and put it in a bowl. Add the mustard, the lemon juice and the amount of extra virgin olive oil you need to dress the pasta salad. Season to taste and reserve.
  • Wash the zucchini and cut it into small pieces.
  • Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes. Finally, cut the slices of cecin into squares and chop the basil.
