Today we bring you a healthy recipe full of vitamins. Perfect for both breakfast and snack. A delicious bowl of mango smoothie with banana, red berries and chia.
Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe mango
- 1 Banana
- 150 g of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoonful
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- Lemon zest
- Chia seeds 1 teaspoonful (or to taste)
- Blueberries to taste
- Strawberry or strawberries to taste
Elaboration:
Crush the mango in the blender. Add the banana and mash again. Incorporate the yogurt, turmeric, the pepper, lemon zest and peanut butter and crush everything
Distribute in bowls with the washed red fruits and chia seeds or of another variety. Serve immediately.
