- 250 gr. pasta
- 4 Avocados at their point

- 2 The 3 Dry tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves

Elaboration
We start by pouring the peeled avocados into a bowl and crushing them until they have a mashed texture.
Then, add a handful of pine nuts, a pinch of salt, the dried tomatoes, two tablespoons basil powder, garlic cloves.
We take advantage, and we cook the pasta for the minutes indicated by the brand of the package purchased.
While cooking the pasta, crush our avocado pesto sauce with the hand mixer until it is as homogeneous as possible. We reserve in a bowl.
When we have our pasta, add it to the avocado pesto bowl and stir very well until all the pasta is impregnated. We finish adding a pinch of salt and basil.
