We love empanadas, you see it in our recipes. This time we offer you a recipe for mango empanada and roast chicken
Ingredients:
- Patty dough
- 350g of mango
- 150grilled chicken g
- 100g of cheese to melt
- 1 egg
- Red berry jam to accompany
Elaboration:
We preheat the oven to 200º
We spread the dough and add the cheese, mango and chicken. We fold and close the edges well pressing with a fork.
We make a small hole to allow steam to escape and we paint the pie with an egg. We cook the pie 20 minutes.
