Mango gazpacho


  • 1 kg. very ripe pear tomato
  • 2 Mangos mature
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 150 ml. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons of sherry vinegar
  • Sal
  • Pepper
