Avocado and tomato salad

Ingredients (4 persons)

  • 3 Avocados
  • 4 mature tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Sal

Elaboration

A salad of avocado and fresh and healthy tomato for sunny days. We start by peeling the tomatoes and then cutting them into wedges, squares or in the way that we like the most to each one, and later we will put it in a bowl.

The avocados we leave them for the last so we don't let them rust and keep on keeping their color. We open the avocado in half, we remove the bone and cut it into segments, squares or as we like the most. Ideally, cut in the same way as the tomato and then mix both things in the bowl.

To finish we add a pinch of salt, 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and the lemon juice that we had prepared. We stir carefully so as not to break the avocado and eat!
