Glass of mango and yogurt with sweet pesto

Today we bring you a healthy recipe full of vitamins. Perfect for both breakfast and snack. A delicious bowl of mango smoothie with banana, red berries and chia.

Ingredients:

  • 700 g of mangoes
  • 3 Natural yogurts
  • 6 tablespoons) Skimmed Condensed Milk
  • 1 lima
  • 20 g of pine nuts
  • Pesto: 100 ml (/2 glass) sunflower oil
  • 50 g of pine nuts
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 20 g fresh basil
  • 1 pinch of coarse salt

Elaboration:

Pesto: Crush the pine nuts with the basil, sugar and oil; season it with a pinch of coarse salt.

Peel the mangoes, chop them and beat them with the lime juice until you get a thick puree.

Mix the yogurts with the condensed milk.

Toast the rest of the pine nuts in a frying pan without any fat.

Fill the ¾ parts of 6 glasses with the mango puree and cover them with the yogurt cream. Pour a tablespoon of sweet pesto and decorate with toasted pine nuts.
